DS360 is founded and led by Huzaifa Sadiq, a technology and business transformation consultant with more than 20 years of experience connecting customer experience, business operations and technology.
Huzaifa began his consulting journey in digital marketing, supporting campaigns for brands including Qatar Airways, Cussons Baby and Standard Chartered Bank. His work gradually moved beyond customer acquisition into the technology, data and operating systems that make sustainable growth possible.
He has since supported complex digital banking, CRM, onboarding and modernization initiatives for organizations including Royal Bank of Canada, Ally Bank, NCR Terafina and Deluxe Corporation.
This combination of marketing, customer experience, fintech and enterprise technology enables Huzaifa to see the complete picture—from how a customer discovers a company to how its systems, teams and workflows deliver the experience.
